Refund policy

We hope you love your new outfit — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

 Returns

You can return clothing items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Must be returned in a resellable condition (free from makeup, perfume, pet hair, deodorant marks, etc.).
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)

 How to Start a Return

Email us at outfitoasisteam@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for return

We’ll get back to you with the return address and next steps.

 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

 

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
